Pay when it's running
Nothing up front. You pay when the water is flowing. Then a bag of salt every month or two, and filters once a year. We can do the yearly visit for you.

Is $3,499 really the whole price?
Yes. Equipment, the plumber, the permit and the taxes. The price on the poster is the price on the invoice. The only add-on is optional, a line to your fridge for ice and water, and we tell you that number before we start.
Winnipeg water is not that hard. Do I need a softener?
City water is on the soft side, about 5 grains per gallon. The softener is in the bundle because most people want it for their skin, dishes and appliances, and because it costs less as part of the package than adding it later. If you are in East St. Paul, Oakbank, Stonewall, Steinbach or on a well, your water is genuinely hard and the softener does real work.
Who does the install?
A licensed Manitoba plumber, working under their own licence and insurance. They pull the City of Winnipeg plumbing permit, tie the system into your main line, usually in the basement next to the water heater, and set up the drinking water faucet at your kitchen sink. Most installs take one visit.
I am on a well. Can you help?
Yes, but we test first. Wells around Winnipeg often carry iron along with hardness, and the right setup can differ from the city bundle. Book the same way and put well water in the notes. We will confirm what your water needs before anything is ordered.
What does it cost to maintain?
A bag of salt every month or two, about $10 at any hardware store, and the drinking water filters once a year. We offer a yearly filter change visit so you never have to think about it.
When do I pay?
After the system is installed and running. You book the window online, we text to confirm the day before, the plumber does the install, you pay when the water is flowing.
